Effective July 1st, 2021, adults in Connecticut are able to legally posses and consume cannabis.

At this time, only medical cannabis registration holders are able to purchase from the Connecticut dispensaries.

Should I renew my medical card?

Yes, absolutely!

In addition to the benefits of receiving guidance from a pharmacist at a medical facility, your medicine will always be readily available to you.

Medical cannabis will remain untaxed and free from THC potency limits.

Lastly, should supply shortages ever arise within the state of Connecticut, Medical patients will receive priority for product availability.

Can I grow my own plants?

Soon...

Starting October 1, 202

1 Medical patients may be in possession of 3 mature plants and 3 immature plants each, with no more than 12 plants per household.

The same allowances will be granted to all Connecticut adults effective July 1, 2023.
